摘  要:随着三芯电缆在配电网中广泛应用,开展热状态监测对于确保其安全运行十分必要。传统的电缆测温装置功能单一,只能对电缆护套温度进行检测,且存在电池电量耗尽后需要更换电池的问题,不利于持续使用。文中提出了一种新颖的三芯电缆的自取能方法,利用Ansys仿真软件建立三芯电缆自取能模型,从理论上证明这一方法的可行性。基于所提出的的方法研制了三芯电缆自取能及测温装置,该装置可以利用取能线圈输出的感应电压计算得到电缆负荷电流大小,并利用测温装置测得的电缆表皮温度值,通过有限元方法计算了稳态下电缆线芯温度,实现对电缆载流量和热状态的全面评估。通过开展试验室电缆热状态试验,证明了三芯电缆自取能及测温装置的有效性。With three-core power cables extensively utilized in distribution network it is of great significance to monitor their thermal condition to ensure secure and stable operation.Nowadays the most cable temperature measuring device which needs to be replaced after the battery is exhausted can only detect the cable sheath temperature.In this paper a novel three-core power cable self energy harvesting method is proposed a three-core cable self energy harvesting model is built in Ansys to verify the feasibility of the method.Cable core temperature in steady state is calculated by finite element method(FEM) using the load current obtained by induced voltage of the coils and the measured cable surface temperature.The computed results agree well with the experimental ones which verifies effectiveness the self energy harvesting method.
