便携式X射线荧光光谱仪检验无碳复写纸的研究

摘　　要：利用便携式X射线荧光光谱仪对收集到的45个不同品牌、不同类型的无碳复写纸样品进行检验,根据显色层中各元素的含量比对无碳复写纸样品进行区分,并利用SPSS24.0软件进行聚类分析,效果良好。该方法无损检材、方便快捷、检测限低、稳定性好,可用于无碳复写纸物证的检验鉴别。In this paper,X-Ray fluorescent spectrum was used to determine 45 kinds of carbonless copy paper samples form different brands and types.The samples were differentiated according to the ratio of contents of the elements contained in the samples.Also,SPSS24.0 was well used for hierarchical clustering.The method,with the characteristics of non-destructive,convenient and rapid,with low limit of detection,as well as of good stability,can be used to identify the carbonless copy paper as physical evidence.
