马克思的土地可持续开发生态正义观及当代启示

摘　　要：马克思认为,社会发展必须是维护生态平衡、保护自然环境的可持续发展,人的活动受自然条件制约,必须符合自然规律,不能破坏生态平衡,否则会受到自然的惩罚,资本主义农业不仅掠夺劳动者也掠夺土地,人类对土地的开发应当是可持续开发、适度开发而非断裂式的掠夺开发,对土地要给予持续改良和资本投资。我国土地资源的过度开发必然带来土地荒漠化、土地沙化、水土流失、河流盐化与沙尘暴等一系列生态破坏问题。土地资源过度开发的原因是人口增长和利润增长的驱动。马克思的土地可持续开发生态正义观的当代启示:土地必须是可持续的开发和利用,切不可透支性开发;政府要加大对土地的持续改良和资本投资。Marx believes that social development must be a sustainable development of maintaining ecological balance and pro tecting the natural environment.Human activities are restricted by natural conditions and must conform to natural laws.We should not destroy the ecological balance,otherwise we will be punished by nature.Capitalist agriculture plunders not only workers but also land.Human exploitation of land should be sustainable and moderate rather than fractured exploitation.We should continue to im prove our land and invest in capital*Overexploitation of land resources in China will inevitably lead to a series of ecological damage problems,such as land desertification,land desertification,soil erosion,River salinization and sand storms.Overexploitation of land resources is driven by population growth and profit growth.The contemporary enlightenment of Marx,s ecological justice view of sus tainable land development is as follows:land must be sustainable development and utilization and must not be overdrawn;the gov ernment should increase the continuous improvement of land and capital investment.
