中药化痰平喘方辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效及对患儿肺功能和免疫指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药化痰平喘方辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法:选择我院2016年12月至2017年12月收治的支气管哮喘急性发作患儿114例,按照随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组各57例。对照组给予氧驱雾化吸入布地奈德(普米克令舒),观察组在对照组基础上结合化痰平喘方治疗,疗程均为10 d,比较两组患儿的临床疗效、肺功能、免疫功能指标。结果:观察组患儿的总有效率为94. 74%,高于对照组的75. 44%(P<0. 01)。治疗后,两组患儿的喘息、咳嗽和哮鸣音症状积分均降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0. 05);两组患儿FEV1、FVC及CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平均升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P均<0. 05)。结论:中西医结合治疗小儿支气管哮喘急性发作疗效显著,且可改善患儿肺功能和细胞免疫功能,具有重要的研究意义。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of sputum-resolving and asthma-relieving formula in the adjuvant treatment of children with acute attack of bronchial asthma. Methods: A total of 114 children with acute attack of bronchial asthma admitted into our hospital from Dec. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were extracted to be divided into the treatment group and the control group via the random number table,with 57 cases in each group. The control group was given oxygen atomized inhalation of budesonide( primicringer),while the observation group received sputum-resolving and asthma-relieving formula based on the control group,the treatment course was 10 d. The clinical efficacy,lung function and immune function of two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was94. 74%,higher than 75. 44% of the control group( P<0. 01). After treatment,the symptom scores of wheezing,coughing and wheezing in both groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The levels of FEV1,FVC,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+in both groups increased significantly,and the observation group was higher than the control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion: The efficacy of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of children with acute attack of bronchial asthma is significant,which can improve the lung function and the cellular immune function in children,and has important research significance.
