摘  要:为了改进海管流体中总铁检测中的前处理方法,对取样后的水样及时的加入还原剂,然后进行水样的过滤,过滤后的水样加入显色剂,然后进行上机检测。通过相关的实验结果比对发现,改进后的实验数据可以有效减少因二价铁转化为三价铁而产生沉淀后的总铁离子浓度的降低,从而提高总铁含量的测量准确率,使总铁检测结果更加科学和准确。To improve the pretreatment method in the detection of total iron in the sea pipe fluid,added reducing agent to the water sample after sampling in time,then filtered the water sample,added color developing agent to the filtered water sample,the on-board inspection was carried out.Through the comparison of relevant experimental results,it was found that the improved experimental data can effectively reduce the reduction of total iron ion concentration after precipitation due to the conversion of divalent iron to trivalent iron,so as to improve the measurement accuracy of total iron content and make the test results more scientific and accurate.
