妇幼保健机构医疗设备配置及其管理部门设置情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:分析我国部分省市县妇幼保健机构医疗设备配置及其管理部门设置现状,为规范妇幼保健机构医疗设备管理部门建设提供依据。方法:采用自制问卷,面向全国各级妇幼保健机构开展问卷调查,通过网络报告系统发放和回收调查问卷,选择填报覆盖率>75%的河北、吉林、安徽、广西、海南、重庆、贵州和云南8个省区市的704所妇幼保健机构数据纳入分析。结果:在704所妇幼保健机构中共有万元以上医疗设备75169台,其中开展有住院服务的妇幼保健机构67429台(占89.7%),无住院服务的7740台(占10.3%);设备购置价格多集中在1万元(含)至10万元。医疗设备管理科室设置率为38.2%,医疗设备管理委员会设置率为37.9%,开展有住院服务的管理机构设置比例高于仅开展门诊服务的机构。设置医疗设备管理科室或医疗设备管理委员会的妇幼保健机构万元以上设备数高于未设置机构,其差异有统计学意义(Z=10.45,Z=12.89;P<0.05)。结论:妇幼保健机构应重视和加强医疗设备管理部门建设和管理,结合本机构规模建立适宜的医疗设备管理模式;加强医疗设备管理科室的独立建制和管理人员配置细化研究,指导妇幼保健机构工作开展。Objective:To analyzes the configuration situation of medical equipment and the current situation of the setup of relevant management department in maternal and child care institutes in some provinces,cities and counties of China so as to provide basis for standardizing the construction of management departments of medical equipment in maternal and child care institutions.Methods:Self-made questionnaire was adopted to implement questionnaire survey for maternal and child care institutions of each grade in whole country.The questionnaires were issued and collected by net reporting system.And information of 704 maternal and child care institutes were included in the analysis,and these institutes included 8 provinces,region and cities(Hebei,Jilin,Anhui,Guangxi,Hainan,Chongqing,Guizhou and Yunnan)whose reporting coverage rates were more than 75%.Results:All of the 704 maternal and child care institutes had 75,169 medical equipments which prices were over than 10 thousand CNY,and 67,429 equipments(89.7%)of these equipments were in institutes with inpatient service,and 7740 equipments(10.3%)were in institutes without inpatient service.The price of purchasing equipments were concentrated in the range between 10 thousand and 100 thousand CNY.The setup rates of management departments and management committee for medical equipments were 38.2%and 37.9%,respectively.And the setup proportion of management institutes with inpatient services was higher than that of management institutes with outpatient service only.The number of medical equipments,which prices were higher than 100 thousand CNY,of institutes with management departments or management committee for medical equipments was significantly higher than that of institutes without management departments or management committee(Z=10.45,Z=12.89,P<0.05),respectively.Conclusion:Maternal and child care institutes should pay more attention and strengthen the construction and management of management department of medical equipments,should combined with the scale of each institut
