摘　　要：目的探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔支气管囊肿的临床疗效。方法2014年2月~2019年10月,我院行单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔支气管囊肿33例,回顾性分析其病例资料,统计平均手术时间,术中平均出血量,术后引流管留置时间,平均住院时间,及随访情况,从而评估单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔支气管囊肿的临床疗效。结果所有患者手术时间为50~110min,平均80min;术中出血30~120ml,平均出血量为65ml;术后引流管留置时间2.1(1~5)d,术后住院时间6.5(4~7)d。所有病例术中和术后均未观察到与手术有关的并发症发生。结论单操作孔电视胸腔镜手术治疗纵隔支气管囊肿,具有操作安全、术中出血量少、留置引流管短和住院时间短等优势。Objective To explore the effect of single utility port video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS)for the patients of mediastinal tracheobronchogenic cysts.Methods From February 2014 to October 2019,33 patients with mediastinal tracheobronchogenic cysts were treated by single utility port VATS in the Department of Cardiothoracis Surgery,Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine.It was counted and analyzed of operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage time,hospital stay and the follow-up results,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of single utility port VATS for the patients of mediastinal tracheobronchogenic cysts.Results In the 33 cases,it showed average operation time of 80(50~110)minutes,average intraoperative blood loss of 65(30~120)ml,average postoperative drainage time of 2.1(1~5)days and average length of hospital stay was 6.5(4~7)days.Nosurgery-related complications were observed in 33 patients during and after operation.Conclusion Single utility port VATS is a feasible procedure in the treatment of mediastinal tracheobronchogenic cysts,with the advantages of more safety,less intraoperative blood loss,less drainage time and less hospital stay.
