摘　　要：1化学机械浆技术发展趋势化学机械浆属于高得率浆的范畴。1995-2017年国外和中国高得率浆的产量变化如图1。从图中看出,与国外相比,我国高得率浆增长较快,但是近几年新增产能较少,增速放缓。我国可利用的原料来源为商品木片或者混合木片,先进装备应有的优势难以充分发挥。There are many problems in the chemical mechanical pulp production enterprises,such as large chemical consumption,high power consumption,high wastewater pollution load,difficult wastewater treatment and poor pulp quality(the contradiction between high loose thickness and high binding strength).The key to solve the above problems is to improve the softening effect of homogeneous impregnation,optimize the bleaching process conditions according to the characteristics of wood chips,and strengthen the short process reuse of white water treatment.Straw mechanical pulp can be used in the production of high-strength corrugating base paper in part or in whole instead of waste pulp,and can significantly improve the tensile strength and ring compression strength of paper products,which is expected to develop rapidly.Straw pulping wastewater has good biodegradability,which can improve the treatment efficiency of OCC or AOCC pulping wastewater biochemical section.The comprehensive utilization technology of straw chemical mechanical pulping can solve the supply dilemma of fiber raw materials for natural color packaging paperboard in China,and realize the resource-based and efficient comprehensive utilization of agricultural straw waste.
