摘  要:试验以不同类型水稻种子(粳稻,籼稻,糯稻)为试验对象,采用硅胶干燥法制备不同含水量的种子,通过人工老化处理,测定不同含水量及其贮藏过程的种子生活力、抗氧化系统活性酶的变化。结果表明,籼稻品种(黄华占)具有较强的耐超干能力,含水量降低至2%对种子的发芽率没有影响,糯稻品种(辽河糯)不耐超干,当含水量降低至4%以下,种子发芽率显著下降,而粳稻品种(辽粳401)介于两者之间。经过老化处理后,水稻种子的各项酶活性及发芽率都有不同程度的下降,老化后MDHm、COX两种酶活性随着含水量的降低表现出较明显的先增高后降低趋势,APX在不同含水量变化幅度不大,SOD随着含水量降低活性逐渐降低。In this experiment,different types of rice seeds(japonica rice,indica rice,glutinous rice)were prepared by silica gel drying method.The changes of the seed living force and the organized eozymes of the antioxidant system in different water content and the storage process were determined by artificial aging treatment.The results showed that indica rice(Huang Huazhan)had strong ultra-dry tolerance,and the decrease of water content to 2% had no effect on the germination rate of seeds.Glutinous rice(Liaohe glutinous rice)were not tolerant to super-dryness.When the water content decreased to less than 4%,the germination rate of seeds decreased significantly.The drought-resistant ability of japonica rice(Liaojing 401)is between the two.After aging treatment,the enzyme activity and germination percentage of rice seeds were decreased.After aging treatment,the activities of MDHm,COX enzymes increased at first and then decreased with the lower water content.The activities of APX enzymes had little variation in different water content,and the activity of SOD enzymes decreases with the decrease of water content.
