摘　　要：针对球式热风炉更换耐火球工作中,人工拣选耐火球存在的问题,通过现场分析,利用三维制图实验论证,制作了一种球式热风炉旧耐火球新型筛分设备,有效的降低施工成本和劳动强度,大大提高工作效率及耐火球回收率,机械化程度高,施工易于组织。in view of the problems existing in the manual selection of fireballs in the replacement of fireballs,a new screening equipment for old fireballs of the ball type hot blast furnace is made through the field analysis and the demonstration of three-dimensional drawing experiment,which can effectively reduce the construction cost and labor intensity,greatly improve the working efficiency and recovery rate of fireballs,with high degree of mechanization,and easy to organize the construction.
