摘  要:新疆某硫化铅锌矿含铅品位为3.86%,含锌品位为2.14%,铅锌矿物在矿石中共生紧密、嵌布复杂。试验采用"优先浮选铅--铅尾矿选锌"的试验流程:在磨矿细度-0.074mm占75%的条件下,以石灰作为pH调整剂和黄铁矿的抑制剂、以硫酸锌作为锌抑制剂、以丁基黄药作为捕收剂、松醇油作为起泡剂,经"一粗三精一扫"选铅;选铅所得尾矿作为选锌给矿,经石灰调整pH、硫酸铜活化、丁基黄药作为捕收剂、松醇油作为起泡剂,经"一粗三精一扫"的流程选锌。最终通过全闭路浮选试验获得了铅品位为66%、回收率为89.20%、含银1048.90g/t的铅精矿和锌品位为47.93%、回收率为81.27%的锌精矿。There is a lead-zinc ore in Xinjiang in which lead grade is 3.86% and zinc grade is 2.14%.Lead and zinc minerals are closely interacted and disseminated.The test process is preferential flotation of lead and flotation of zinc from lead tailings,the conditions like these:the grinding fineness of-0.074mm accounted for 75%,with lime as the inhibitor and pH adjusting agent to inhibit pyrite,with zinc sulfate as zinc inhibitors,with butyl?xanthat as collector,with pine camphor oil as frother to obtain lead concentrate by by the processing of one-roughing,three-cleaning,one-scavenging.Then the lead flotation tailings via the process of one-roughing,three-cleaning,one-scavenging with lime as pH adjusting agent,copper sulfate as activator,butyl xanthate as collector,pine camphor oil as frother to select zinc.Finally,after the closed circuit flotation tests,lead concentrate was obtained that the lead grade is 66% and the lead recovery rate is 89.20%,also the silver content of lead concentrate is 1048.90g/t.Zinc concentrate was obtained that the grade is 47.93% and the zinc recovery rate is 81.27%.
