基于角色层面的高校办公室文化建设路径探析

摘　　要：高校办公室文化包含物质文化、制度文化、行为文化和精神文化四个方面。从角色层面看,高校办公室文化建设离 不开个人、部门和学校的共同努力。在高校办公室文化建设中,物质文化是基础,精神文化是目标,制度文化纵向连接各角 色,行为文化横向连接各角色,由此构成高校办公室文化建设的模型及路径。Office culture in colleges and universities includes four aspects:material culture,institutional culture,behavioral culture and spiritual culture.From the perspective of role,the construction of office culture in colleges and universities can not be separated from the joint efforts of individuals,departments and schools.In the construction of office culture in colleges and universities,material culture is the foundation,spiritual culture is the goal,institutional culture connects the roles vertically,and behavioral culture connects the roles horizontally,which constitutes the model and path of office culture construction in colleges and universities.
