摘  要:流场在经过弯管后易产生二次流、涡流等,直接影响了超声波流量计的测量精度。文章通过计算流体力学(CFD),结合数学建模、数值仿真对超声波流量计在弯管中的流场整直问题进行了研究。研究结果表明:加入蜂窝整流器后,流场得到较明显的整直,径向分速度减小;蜂窝整流器的长度对误差的影响比较明显,在固定流量、小长度蜂窝整流器下,误差较大不符合精度要求;随着蜂窝整流器的长度和体积流量的增加,误差呈明显下降趋势。The flow field is easy to generate secondary flow and eddy current after passing through the elbow,which directly affects the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic flowmeter.In this paper,the computational fluid dynamics(CFD),mathematical modeling and numerical simulation are used to study the flow field straightening problem of ultrasonic flowmeter in curved pipe.The results show that after adding the honeycomb rectifier,the flow field is obviously straightened and the radial velocity is reduced.The length of the honeycomb rectifier has obvious influence on the error.Under the fixed flow and small length honeycomb rectifier,the error is not large.Meet the accuracy requirements;with the increase of the length and volume flow of the honeycomb rectifier,the error shows a significant downward trend.
