摘　　要：过去人事方案管理系统大部分是基于关键字进行设计的,检索系统仅仅能匹配检索结果,并不能进一步获得档案信息。因此本文基于模糊理论对人事档案管理的信息系统进行设计。收集用户的显式隐式反馈,根据隐式参数来访问文档的相关级别。利用模糊理论,创建任务、文档和文件,根据客户查询和相关参数,建立一个人事档案管理列表,不断提高检索精度,提高列表的相关性。In the past,most of the personnel scheme management system was designed based on keywords.The retrieval system can only match the search results and can not further obtain the file information.Therefore,based on the fuzzy theory,this paper designs the information system of personnel file management.Collect explicit implicit feedback from the user and access the relevant levels of the document based on implicit parameters.Using fuzzy theory,create tasks,documents,and files,Establish a personnel file management list based on customer queries and related parameters,And continuously improve the retrieval accuracy and improve the relevance of the list.
