智能信息化管理联合三级质控目标管理的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究重症ICU病房日常管理工作中应用智能信息化手段配合三级质控目标管理模式的效果。方法选择2016年7月至2018年7月我院重症ICU患者108例纳入本次研究,依据管理方式的不同分对照组、研究组,各54例。对照组实施常规管理,研究组在常规管理基础上应用智能信息化管理联合三级质控目标管理模式,比较工作合格率、护理评分及术后并发症。结果研究组护理合格率相比对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组护理评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率9.3%(5/54),低于对照组的40.7%(22/54),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能信息化与三级质控目标管理模式相结合可提高ICU病房管理水平,预防术后并发症风险。Objective:To explore the application value of intelligent information management combined with three-level quality control target management mode in the management of severe ICU wards.Method:From July 2016 to July 2018,112 cases of patients with severe ICU in our hospital were enrolled in this study.All the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different management methods,with 56 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine management,and the patients in the observation group were given intelligent information management and the three-level quality control target management mode based on the conventional management.The two groups of nursing work qualification rate,comprehensive nursing level score and complications were compared.Results:The qualified rate of comprehensive nursing work of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The comprehensive nursing level score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.3%(5/54),which was lower than that in the control group(40.7%(22/54))(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of intelligent informationization and three-level quality control target management mode can improve the management level of ICU wards and prevent the risk of postoperative complications.
