摘  要:文章结合M310核电机组辅助蒸汽系统,针对其原设有蒸汽转换器系统的典型方案、各辅助蒸汽用户特点等进行了充分研究,从理论上分析了取消蒸汽转换器系统的可行性,并以此为优化基准,从提高机组技术经济水平出发,提出由高压缸排汽供汽的辅助蒸汽汽源优化方案。与目前AP1000、华龙一号等三代核电机组直接由主蒸汽向辅助蒸汽供汽的方案相比,该优化方案能够进一步提高机组出力,提高电厂供电收益。该文的研究成果能够为在建及在役M310核电机组辅助蒸汽系统优化改进提供理论基础,也为其他堆型核电机组提供节能、增效的研究方向。Based on the auxiliary steam system of M310 nuclear power unit, this paper studies the typical scheme of steam transfer system and the characteristics of various auxiliary steam users, theoretically analyses the possibilities of eliminating the steam transfer system. On this basis, in order to improve the technical and economical level of units, an improvement scheme of auxiliary steam source is presented in which steam source is supplied by high pressure cylinder exhaust. Comparing with the scheme of third generation nuclear units such as AP1000 and Hualong One in which the auxiliary steam is directly supplied by its main steam, the unit input is further improved and the power supply revenue is increased as well in this scheme. The research lays a foundation of auxiliary steam system optimization and improvement for constructing or commissioning M310 nuclear power units, and also points out a research direction of energy saving and efficiency increasing for other reactor types.
