摘　　要：拜耳法生产氧化铝工艺及氧化铝厂各片区功能:氢氧化钠溶液溶出铝土矿中的氧化铝,铝酸钠溶液与赤泥分离后,与氢氧化铝晶种混合,铝酸钠分解析出氢氧化铝,经过焙烧得到成品氧化铝。析出氢氧化铝后的分解母液,蒸发浓缩后循环利用,再用于铝土矿溶出。The process of producing alumina by Bayer method and the functions of each area of alumina plant are introduced.Sodium hydroxide solution digests alumina of the bauxite.After the sodium aluminate solution is separated from red mud,it is mixed with aluminum hydroxide crystals.Aluminum hydroxide precipitates from sodium aluminate,and after calcination,obtained the product alumina.After the decomposition of aluminum hydroxide gets the spent liquor.The spent liquor is sent back to the production cycle to dissolve bauxite after evaporation and concentration.
