摘 要:对铜管管径为7 mm的R22翅片管蒸发器进行改进,缩小铜管管径为5 mm,并改用环保型制冷剂R290。利用仿真软件EVAP-COND对改进前后的换热器的换热量、制冷剂流量、压降、铜和铝的使用量等进行比较。在压降不增大的情况下,得出改进后的R290小管径翅片管换热器的换热量提升34.1%,制冷剂流量、压降、铜、铝使用量分别减少28.2%、41.6%、28.6%、30%。The R22 finned tube evaporator with copper tube diameter of 7 mm was improved to reduce the copper tube diameter of 5 mm,and the environment-friendly refrigerant R290 was used.The simulation software evap-cond was used to compare the heat transfer,refrigerant flow,pressure drop and copper usage of the heat exchanger before and after the improvement.In the case that the pressure drop does not increase,the heat transfer of the improved R290 small-diameter finned tube heat exchanger increases by 34.1%,and the refrigerant flow,pressure drop,copper and aluminum usage decreases by 28.2%,41.6%,28.6% and 30% respectively.
