摘　　要：某学院以合同能源管理方式对其照明系统、热水系统、空调系统等进行了节能技术改造。介绍该项目的节能技改措施的原理、工艺特点、节能量审核实施过程及审核结果,并对审核结果得出的问题进行了分析。The lighting system,hot water system and air conditioning system of a college have been renovated by energy management contract. This paper introduces the principle and technological characteristics of the energy-saving technical reform measures,the implementation process and results of the energy-saving audit,and analyses the problems arising from the audit results. This paper can provide a reference for energy-saving audit or energy-saving management of other similar projects.
