摘 要:飞机结构强度试验中的测力传感器需通过分路校准方式来检验其准确性,为了减少试验中更换校准电阻的工作量,本文根据试验控制系统分路校准功能,研究了测力传感器的分路校准原理,结合理论推导和实际试验数据分析,得到了分路校准结果与校准电阻的关系,提出了一种可以使用固定校准电阻来匹配不同测力传感器的分路校准改进方法,并在飞机结构强度试验中得到验证。Force sensors used in aircraft structure strength tests are verified they accuracy with the shunt-calibration method.In order to reduce the workload of calibration resistances replaced in tests,the shunt-calibration principle of the force transducer is studied according to the test control system shunt-calibration function.In combination with the theoretical derivation and data analysis of actual tests,the relationship between the shunt-calibration results and the resistances is obtained.Then a improved shunt-calibration method that can match different force transducers with the fixed calibration resistance to is put forward.This method is verified in the aircraft structure strength tests.
