摘　　要：本文根据国家广播电视总局关于开展IPTV专项治理通知的要求,分析了当前我国IPTV行业运营中存在的问题,并对各类运营参与机构提出了整改建议,为广电行政主管部门对于IPTV的监管技术和运营手段提出了建议。According to the requirements of the State Administration of Radio and Television for IPTV special governance notice, this paper analyses the problems existing in the operation of IPTV in China at present, and puts forward suggestions for the rectification of various operation organizations, and gives out advice about the IPTV supervision technology and approach for the administrative department of radio and television.
