摘　　要：本文介绍的互联网视听节目智能监管平台,采用人工智能技术,对互联网视听节目的视音频内容涉黄、涉政、暴力恐怖和低俗等进行自动化监管,完成了从数字信号采集、语音识别、内容分析、深度再学习及人工介入的全业务流程,使监管部门更准确高效地掌握管辖范围内各视听内容网站的内容合法性,尤其是手机直播平台传播内容的合法性,净化社会风气,提高监管部门的管理效率,提升安全保障能力,保障安全播出。AI monitoring and management system for Internet audiovisual programs adopts artificial intelligence technology to automatically supervise the video and audio content of Internet audio-visual programs, in aspects of prostitution, political affairs, violence, terror and vulgarity. It completes the whole business process including digital signal acquisition, speech recognition, content analysis, deep re-learning and manual intervention, so that the supervisory department grasp the management more accurately and efficiently. It supervises the content legitimacy of audio-visual content from website, especially from mobile live broadcasting platforms. It helps purify social atmosphere, improves the management efficiency of regulatory departments, improves the security ability, and guarantees safe broadcasting.
