摘 要:本文对比了我国各省标准主导研制数量、增长率和各领域的贡献。统计得出,由湖北省气象局主导研制的气象国家、行业标准居全国之首,起草标准数量占全国的比重为10.20%;辽宁省气象局主导研制的气象地方标准数量最多,占全国比重的7.69%;对比2015年前的标准数量,气象标准化改革后的气象国家、行业标准发布数量的增长率分别为232.76%和59.86%;黑龙江省气象局在气象观测领域主持起草的标准数量最多;广东、福建在雷电防御领域主持研制的标准数量最多。同时,相关性分析表明各省主导研制乞象行业标准的数量与地区GDP显著相关。实证结果表明气象行业标准在促进各省经济增长过程中发挥着十分重要的作用,对经济增长有着很高的贡献率。因此,大力加强气象标准化体系建设显得尤为迫切。This paper compares the growth rate of the number of national standards and the contribution of each field in China.It is concluded that the national meteorological industry standard developed by Hubei Meteorological Bureau ranks the first in China,and the number of drafted standards accounts for 10.20%in China.Liaoning Meteorological Bureau led the development of the largest number of local meteorological standards,accounting for 7.69%of the national proportion;Compared with the number of standards before 2015,the growth rate of the number of national meteorological industry standards issued after the reform of meteorological standardization was 232.76%and 59.86%respectively.Heilongjiang Meteorological Bureau has the largest number of standards in the field of meteorological observation.Guangdong and Fujian developed most of the lightning defending standard.The amount of correlation analysis indicates that the number of provincial leading development of meteorological industry standards is closely related to regional GDP.The empirical results show that the meteorological industry standards plays a very important role in the provincial economic growth,and has a very high contribution rate on economic growth.As a result,vigorously strengthening the construction of meteorological standardization system is urgent.
