摘　　要：百项安全生产地方标准共包括89个部分,分别为《安全生产等级评定技术规范第1部分:总则》《安全生产等级评定技术规范第2部分:安全生产通用要求》以及87项行业部分。本文围绕标准研制背景、框架结构、主要内容以及编制特点等几个方面对系列标准进行解读。本系列标准的发布实施为安全生产标准化、隐患排查治理、安全生产行政执法实现“三标融合”提供技术保障。Serial Beijing local standards of technical specification for grade assessment of work safety consist of 89 parts,including Technical specification for grade assessment of work safety-Part 1:General principles,Technical specification for grade assessment of work safety-Part 2:General requirements of work safety and 87 items for industrial content.This article interprets the compilation background,frame structure,main contexts and special characteristics of serial Beijing local standards.These standards could provide technical guarantee for standard integration of work safety standardization,hidden danger investigation and management and administrative law enforcement.
