摘　　要：新时代刑事申诉检察承担着权利救济保障、司法监督制约、社会矛盾纠纷化解等多重职能。通过分析当前刑事申诉检察职能发挥与新时代新要求存在的差距,提出刑事申诉检察的发展路径和对策建议。In the new era, the criminal appeal prosecution bears functions such as rights relief protection, judicial supervison restriction and social conflict dissolution. The thesis, by analyzing the disparity betweeen the current execution of criminal appeal prosecution and the requirement of the new era, gives suggestion to the development of criminal appeal prosecution.
