四妙散加减联合非甾体止痛药对急性痛风性关节炎疗效评价及相关因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察四妙散加减联合非甾体止痛药治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效及对相关因子尿酸、血沉、CRP的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年2月收治的54例急性痛风性关节炎患者作为观察对象,抽签随机分为治疗组28例和对照组26例,对照组行非甾体止痛药对症,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予四妙散加减中药治疗共10 d。观察两组治疗效果及尿酸、血沉、C-反应蛋白变化情况。结果两组Lysholm、VAS评分均有所改善,且治疗组在治疗后5 d、10 d下降速度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义,治疗10 d两组尿酸、血沉、CRP实验室指标均较治疗前下降,且治疗组降幅出现更早、更大,此差异有统计学意义。结论四妙散加减配合非甾体止痛药治疗痛风性关节炎疗效确切,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of SiMiaoSan combined with non-steroidal analgesics in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis and its effects on uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP.Methods 54 cases of acute gouty arthritis patients in our hospital from January 2015-2017 year in February as the object of observation,were randomly divided into treatment group(28 cases)and control group(26 cases),the control group was treated with non steroidal analgesics symptomatic,treatment group on the basis of the control group was given SiMiaoSan Treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for 10 days.The therapeutic effects,uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein in the two groups were observed.Results Both groups Lysholm and VAS were improved,and the treatment group after treatment 5D,10d rate of decline than the control group,the differences were statistically significant,the treatment group 10d uric acid,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and CRP laboratory indexes were lower than that before treatment,and the treatment group decline appeared earlier and more,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion SiMiaoSan modified with non steroidal analgesics in the treatment of gouty arthritis curative effect,no obvious adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
