摘 要:为了减小后排乘员在侧面碰撞中受到的伤害,运用LS-DYNA软件,按照2018版C-NCAP侧面碰撞试验方法建立包括移动可变形壁障、部分车身组件、车门、内饰件、座椅、后排SIDIIs假人及三点式安全带的某款汽车后排侧面碰撞的乘员约束系统仿真模型。通过实车试验碰撞结果和模型仿真结果进行对标,验证模型的准确性。利用该模型仿真分析了有无安全带两种工况下座椅侧气囊和气帘的不同匹配方式对后排小个子乘员损伤防护效果的影响。该分析结果为其他车型约束系统的开发提供了一定的参考作用。In order to reduce the injury of rear occupants under side collision,the simulation model occupant restraint system of a car rear side crash was set up with software LS-DYNA according to the relevant test standard of 2018 C-NCAP,including the mobile deformable barrier,some body components,side doors,interior trim,seats,rear SID IIs dummy and three-point seat belt.The model was calibrated with data from real vehicle crash tests to verify its accuracy.The model was used to simulate the vehicle side impact so as to compare and analyze the effects of different matching methods of seat side airbags and air curtains on the protection effect of small passengers in the rear row in the presence or absence of seat belts.The analysis results provide a reference for the development of other vehicle restraint systems.
