摘　　要：贴标机作为一种商品包装的自动贴标装置,是现代商品包装中不可或缺的一个重要组成部分。基于国内外贴标机现状及发展趋势,改良设计了一款新型贴标机。该机主要由刹车机构、牵引机构、剥标机构、气动覆标机构、蜡纸回收机构组成。通过步进电机的驱动、气缸的控制、光电测标传感器的检测等各个部件和机构的配合,贴标机能够完成出标、贴标、压标、回收等一系列输送和控制工作。采用“刷贴法”的同步接触粘贴方法,以达到可靠贴标、高效贴标的目的。经过上述机构设计,对其进行SolidWorks建模,完成贴标机贴标部分的整体结构设计。As an automatic labeling device for commodity packaging,labeling machine occupies a key position in modern industrial production.Based on the research of the current situation and development trend at home and aboard,an improved labeling machine has been designed.The labeling part of labeling machine is mainly composed of brake mechanism,traction mechanism,stripping mechanism,pneumatic label covering mechanism,smoothing and planishing mechanism,and wax paper recycling mechanism.Through the cooperation of every mechanism,such as stepping motor drive and cylinder automatic control,and photoelectric measure sensor detection,the labeling machine can complete a series of conveyance and control work,such as label sending out,label pasting up,label pressing,and recycling.The use of"brush paste method"of the simultaneous contact paste method can achieve the purposes of reliable and efficient labeling.After the above-mentioned mechanism design,modelling the overall by SolidWorks,the overall physical design of the labeling part has been completed.
