摘  要:针对实验室常用样品瓶设计了一种通用型三爪旋盖机。该设备设计有相应的调节机构和快速更换机构,并阐述其结构组成、工作原理及调节机构的设计。其中,瓶身和瓶盖夹持机构具有柔性,可适应瓶身和瓶盖的曲率变化;滑台安装在机架的4根直线滑轨上,初始间距可调,适用不同高度的样油瓶。通用型三爪旋盖机结构简单,成本低,可较大程度提高生产效率,同时可配合机器人适应实现自动化作业,具有较大的实用性和推广性。A universal three jaw capping machine is designed for the common sample bottles in laboratory.The equipment is designed with corresponding adjusting mechanism and quick replacement mechanism,and its structural composition,working principle and design of regulating mechanism are expounded.The bottle body and the bottle cap clamping mechanism are flexible,and can adapt to the curvature change of the bottle body and the bottle cap.The sliding table is installed on the 4 straight slide rails of the rack,and its initial spacing is adjustable,and the sample oil bottle with different height is applicable.The universal three jaw capping machine has the advantages of simple structure and low cost,and can greatly improve the production efficiency.At the same time,it can match robot to realize automatic operation,and has greater practicability and generalization.
