摘 要:以32T门式起重机箱型主梁为研究对象,运用经典强度理论对主梁进行结构设计,并利用NX完成其三维实体建模,导入ABAQUS有限元软件中进行静力学分析,对小车满载运行至主梁跨中和悬臂端两种工况进行静强度和刚度分析。在此基础上,对主梁截面的几何参数进行优化处理,并对其优化后的力学模型进行模态分析,提取其前6阶模态固有频率及振型,分析主梁工作中产生的振动情况,验证优化结果,研究成果可为起重机金属结构的设计和改进等提供良好的参考依据。In this paper,a 32t gantry crane girder was researched as an example,the classical strength theory is applied to the structural design of main beam,using NX for 3D solid modeling and importing it into ABAQUS finite element software for statics analysis,the full-loaded static stress analysis was performed on the most dangerous middle part and cantilever end of the girder.Then,the optimal design was accomplished for the main girder section parameters,the modal analysis of the optimal structure was carried by ABAQUS,the first six natural frequencies and corresponding vibration modes were extracted,the vibration of girder in crane working process was analyzed,the research results can provide an important reference for the crane metal structure design and improvement.
