摘　　要：分析机械式单盘渐开线检查仪的测量原理、测量步骤以及测量参数的定义,结合硬件的改造方案,制定测量软件的设计流程。利用NI公司开发的软件Labview设计单盘渐开线检查仪的测量软件,软件需要实现参数输入、配置通道、传感器调零、数据采集、齿廓显示、误差评定、测量数据存储与调用等功能,同时要求界面美观、人机交互便捷。此外,设计齿廓总偏差、齿廓倾斜偏差及齿廓形状偏差的计算软件,并采用测量实验数据验证了其准确性。Analysis of the mechanical single-disc gradual line checker measurement principle,measurement steps and the definition of measurement parameters,combined with the hardware transformation program,the design process of measurement software.Design a single-disc fade-out checker measurement software using software developed by NI.The software needs to realize the functions of parameter input,configuration channel,sensor zeroing,data acquisition,profile display,error assessment,measurement data storage and call-up,and at the same time requires the beautiful interface and convenient human-computer interaction.The calculation software of the total deviation of profile,the tilt deviation of profile and the deviation of profile shape is designed,and the accuracy is verified by measuring experimental data.
