摘 要:随着某型飞机飞行训练强度的不断加大,内、外场频频出现动力燃油导管(以下简称导管)焊缝爆裂的故障,装备修理风险不断升高。为确保承修装备的使用安全,开展动力燃油导管改进技术研究,通过对导管的工作原理、结构形式等进行详细分析,查找爆裂故障产生的原因,并提出相应的措施,以期为后续此类故障分析改进提供一定的帮助和指导。With the increasing intensity of flight training for a certain type of aircraft,power fuel conduit(hereinafter referred to as conduit)weld burst frequently occurs in the internal and external fields,and the risk of equipment repair is increasing.In order to ensure the safety of maintenance equipment,the research on the improvement technology of power fuel conduit is carried out.Through detailed analysis of the working principle and structure of the conduit,the causes of burst failure are found out,and the corresponding measures are put forward.The research of the project will provide some help and guidance for the follow-up analysis and improvement of such faults.
