摘 要:在整个工业制作生产过程中,模具是极为重要的组成部分,发挥着决定性作用。在人们的日常生活中,塑料制品被应用于许多方面,而制造出优质的塑料制品需要精良的模具。对于大量的塑料制品加工,保障其工艺精确度非常关键。将UG软件应用于塑料模具设计加工过程,不仅能够有效保障模具的整体设计效果,还能够提升产品质量。因此,将以塑料瓶盖为例,进一步探讨以UG为基础的塑料模具数控加工技术以及具体应用。In the whole process of industrial production,mold is an extremely important part,which plays a decisive role.In people’s daily life,plastic products are used in many aspects,and to produce high-quality plastic products requires excellent mold.For a large number of plastic products processing,it is very important to ensure the process accuracy.Applying UG software to the plastic mold design and processing process can not only effectively guarantee the overall design effect of the mold,but also improve the product quality.Taking plastic bottle cap as an example,this paper further discusses the numerical control processing technology of plastic mould based on UG and its specific application.
