摘　　要：随着装备制造业工业化和信息化的融合和产业转型升级,高职院校的人才培养必须适应技术发展对人才的新要求。满足智能制造需要的人才,必然是具备多种能力的跨学科、跨专业的复合型人才。因此,集聚多个具有内在关联性专业的专业群培养模式,更加适应培养要求。鉴于此,重新定位专业群的人才培养目标,开展"工信耦合,理实结合,产教融合"的职业发展导向的人才培养模式。With the integration of industrialization and informatization of equipment manufacturing industry and industrial transformation and upgrading,the talent training in higher vocational colleges must adapt to the new requirements of technological development for talents,and the talents who meet the needs of intelligent manufacturing must be interdisciplinary with many abilities,cross-professional compound talents,and gather a number of professional group training models with internally related specialties,which will be more suitable for training requirements.To reposition the talent training goal of the professional group,and carry out the career development oriented talent training mode of"the coupling of industry and credit,the combination of theory and practice,and the integration of industry and education".
