新时代山西农民合作社的困境与出路

摘　　要：山西省农民专业合作社在全国起步最早,但在发展过程中却渐渐落后,在规模、资金、管理等方面都存在问题,而且不同模式的合作社还面临不同的发展困境。要解决这些问题,突破困境,必须紧扣新时代的主题,克服形式主义、官僚主义的痼疾;加强宣传,进行政策指导;对资金扶持、运作方式等进行改革和创新;鼓励“能人”带动型合作社、企业型合作社等的发展,走出具有山西特色的农民合作社之路。The farmers’specialized cooperative in Shanxi started very early in China,but lagged behind in its development for some problems existed in its scale,investment and management while different cooperatives have different problems.To solve the problems,we need to focus on the theme of the times,get rid of formalism and bureaucratism;make public policies known to farmers and guide them to the right track;reform the way of financial support and operation;encourage the capable farmers to lead the cooperative and enterprise cooperative so as to explore a path of farmers’cooperative with Shanxi’s characteristics.
