摘　　要：本文以国家扶贫开发重点地区商洛市及其相关县区为样本,描述贫困及脱贫攻坚开展情况,分析造成贫困的根本原因,并提出推动智志双扶的五条措施。Taking Shangluo City and its related counties and districts, the key areas of national poverty alleviation and development as samples, this paper describes the poverty and poverty alleviation development, analyzes the root causes of poverty and puts forward five measures to promote the support of wisdom and ambition.
