摘　　要：目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月我院收治的120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将其分为试验组与对照组,各60例。对照组采取布地奈德治疗,试验组采取孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗。比较两组的咳嗽缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间、IL-6、IL-4、TNF-α水平及临床疗效。结果试验组的咳嗽缓解时间及咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的IL-6、IL-4、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组的IL-6、IL-4、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患者的效果显著,可明显改善患者临床症状,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods From June 2015 to June 2018, 120 patients with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide, while the experimental group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide. The cough relief time, cough disappearance time, the levels of IL-6, IL-4, TNF-α and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The cough relief time and cough disappearance time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6, IL-4 and TNF-α between the two groups(P >0.05);after treatment, the levels of IL-6, IL-4 and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effect rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of cough variant asthma has a significant effect, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
