星蒌承气汤治疗基底节区脑出血25例

摘　　要：目的观察星蒌承气汤治疗基底节区脑出血的效果。方法将我院2018年3月至2019年5月收治的50例基底节区脑出血患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服星蒌承气汤。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组Fugl-Meyer、SIS评分明显升高,NIHSS评分明显降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论星蒌承气汤治疗基底节区脑出血的效果较好,其能有效促进运动功能及神经功能的恢复,提高患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of Xinglou Chengqi decoction on cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia.Methods From March 2018 to May 2019, 50 patients with hemorrhage in basal ganglia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xinglou Chengqi decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of Fugl-Meyer, SIS and NIHSS increased significantly, and NIHSS scores reduced significantly in both groups, and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xinglou Chengqi decoction has a good effect in the treatment of basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. It can effectively promote the recovery of motor function and nerve function, and improve the quality of life of patients.
