摘　　要：目的研究便秘方治疗功能性便秘(FC)的临床效果。方法将我院收治的103例FC患者随机分为治疗组(n=68)和对照组(n=35)。治疗组采用便秘方治疗,对照组采用莫沙必利治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的排便困难、大便干结、腹胀腹痛、食少纳呆、口干口苦积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论便秘方治疗FC的效果显著,能改善患者的临床症状,且复发率低,值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of constipation prescription in the treatment of functional constipation(FC). Methods A total of 103 FC patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(n=68) and control group(n =35). The treatment group was treated with constipation prescription, and the control group was treated with mosapride. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of defecation difficulty, dry stool, abdominal distention and abdominal pain, eating less and anorexia, dry mouth and bitter taste in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Constipation prescription has a significant effect on FC, it can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has a low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
