摘　　要：目的探讨系统护理干预对肠梗阻患者术后心理状态的影响。方法选取我院收治的96例肠梗阻患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(48例,常规护理)和观察组(48例,系统护理)。比较两组患者的术后相关指标、心理状态及护理满意度。结果观察组的术后排气、腹痛缓解、肠鸣音恢复和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为93.75%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预不仅能显著改善肠梗阻患者术后相关指标,提高护理满意度,而且能明显改善患者的不良心理状态。Objective To investigate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on postoperative psychological state of patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 96 patients with intestinal obstruction admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects and divided into control group(48 cases, routine nursing) and observation group(48 cases,systematic nursing) according to random number table method. The postoperative indexes, psychological state and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative venting time, abdominal pain relief time, bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups decreased, and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Systemic nursing intervention can not only improve the postoperative indexes of patients with intestinal obstruction, increase the nursing satisfaction, but also ameliorate the patients’ bad psychological state.
