甲状腺全切除术治疗甲状腺癌的效果及安全性评析

摘　　要：目的:评价分析用甲状腺全切除术治疗甲状腺癌的临床效果及安全性.方法:择取2015年2月至2018年2月江苏省南通大学附属医院分院普外科收治的90例甲状腺癌患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者45例.为对照组患者施行甲状腺患侧腺叶全切除术和峡部切除术,为观察组患者施行甲状腺全切除术.然后,对比两组患者的临床疗效、6个月及1年的生存率、术后并发症的发生率及其对治疗的满意率.结果:两组患者的手术均顺利完成.观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其6个月的生存率及1年的生存率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05.两组患者术后并发症的发生率相比,P>0.05.观察组患者对治疗的满意率高于对照组患者,P<0.05.结论:用甲状腺全切除术治疗甲状腺癌的临床效果显著,且安全性较高,可避免在手术过程中损伤患者的甲状腺旁腺及喉返神经.objective:to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of total thyroidectomy for thyroid cancer.Methods:90 cases of thyroid cancer patients admitted to the general surgery department of affiliated hospital of nantong university in jiangsu province from February 2015 to February 2018 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Total lobectomy and isthmus resection were performed for the control group and total thyroidectomy was performed for the observation group.Then,the clinical efficacy,6-month and 1-year survival rate,incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:the operations of the two groups were completed successfully.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the 6-month survival rate and 1-year survival rate were both higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was P>0.The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:total thyroidectomy is effective and safe in the treatment of thyroid cancer.It can avoid the injury of parathyroid gland and recurrent laryngeal nerve.
