张琪运用补阴生阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭所致水肿的临床经验总结

摘　　要：慢性心力衰竭是临床上常见的一种心血管系统疾病.水肿是慢性心力衰竭患者常见的一种临床症状.中医学者认为,在对慢性心力衰竭所致水肿患者进行治疗的过程中,应在加快其体内多余水液排出的同时,调节其体内津液亏虚的状态.张琪认为,运用补阴生阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭所致水肿的效果较好.在使用补阴生阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭所致水肿时,应以党参、川芎、楮实子、麦冬及天冬等补阴利水类药物为主药,以葶苈子、瓜蒌、黄芪、茯苓及桂枝等温阳化气类药物为辅药.本文主要介绍张琪运用补阴生阳法治疗慢性心力衰竭所致水肿的一些经验.chronic heart failure is a common disease of cardiovascular system in clinic.Edema is a common clinical symptom in patients with chronic heart failure.Chinese medicine scholars believe that in the process of treatment for edema patients caused by chronic heart failure,we should accelerate the discharge of excess water in the body and regulate the deficiency of body fluid.Zhang qi thinks,the effect that USES law of invigorate Yin to give birth to Yang to treat dropsy caused by chronic heart failure is better.In the treatment of edema caused by chronic heart failure,dang shen,chuanxiong,fructus broussonetia,radix ophiopogonis,radix ophiopogonis and radix dioscoreae should be used as the main drugs to nourish Yin and improve water quality,and the isotherm and Yang qi drugs should be used as the supplementary drugs.This article introduces zhang*qi s experience in the treatment of edema caused by chronic heart failure.
