毫火针联合梅花针叩刺治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及对胃内Hp含量水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究毫火针联合梅花针叩刺治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及对胃内幽门螺杆菌(Hp)含量水平的影响。方法:选取我院收治的慢性胃炎患者150例,随机分为两组各75例。对照组患者给予梅花针叩刺治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予毫火针,两组患者均持续治疗4周。对比两组临床疗效、胃镜评分、SF-36评分、Hp根除率和1年复发率。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者胃镜评分和SF-36评分均显著改善(P<0.05);并且治疗组改善程度较大(P<0.05);治疗组患者Hp根除率(96.00%)显著高于对照组(84.00%)(P<0.05);治疗组患者1年复发率(8.00%)显著低于对照组(28.00%)(P<0.05);两组患者TNF-α和CRP水平显著降低(P<0.05);并且观察组降低程度较大(P<0.05)。结论:采用毫火针联合梅花针叩刺治疗慢性胃炎具有较好的临床疗效,能够提高Hp根除率,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To study the curative effect of milli-fire needling combined with percussopunctator pricking on chronic gastritis and its influence to the level of helicobacter pylori(Hp)in the stomach.Methods:150 cases of chronic gastritis were randomly divided into the control group(n=75)and the treatment group(n=75).The control group was treated with percussopunctator pricking;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with milli-fire needling.The treatment duration was four continuous weeks.Clinical efficacy,gastroscopy score,SF-36 score,Hp eradication rate and one-year recurrence rate were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Gastroscopy scores and SF-36 scores were significantly improved in both groups after the treatment(P<0.05);of which the improvements of the treatment group were greater(P<0.05).The Hp eradication rate was 96.00%in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 84.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The one-year recurrence rate was 8.00%in the treatment group,which was significantly lower than 28.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-αand CRP were significantly decreased in both groups(P<0.05);of which,the decreases in the treatment group were more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Milli-fire needling combined with percussopunctator pricking has good clinical efficacy in treating chronic gastritis,it can improve the eradication rate of Hp,improve the life quality of patients.The therapy is worthy of clinical application.
