摘　　要：目的:探讨蜂针加自血疗法治疗痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选择我院皮肤科门诊就诊的中重度痤疮患者60例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组予常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组予蜂针加自血疗法。观察两组患者治疗1疗程后卡的夫痤疮伤残指数、疗效及安全性。结果:两组治疗后皮损数量、CADI评分及红斑色素沉着评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗后观察组皮损数量、CADI评分及红斑色素沉着评分均少于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组疗效明显优于对照组,治疗过程中未出现针刺部位血肿、继发感染及其他不良反应。结论:蜂针加自血疗法联合西药治疗痤疮安全有效,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of bee venom acupuncture combined with autohemotherapy in the treatment of acne.Methods:60 patients with moderate to severe acne were randomly divided into the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The control group was treated with conventional western medication;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with bee venom acupuncture combined with autohemotherapy.Skin lesions,scores of CADI,clinical efficacy and drug safety were observed after one course of treatment in the two groups.Results:The number of skin lesions,CADI scores and erythema pigmentation scores were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements in the observation group were more significant(P<0.01).The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There were no hematoma,secondary infection and other adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:Bee venom acupuncture and autohemotherapy combined with western medication is safe and effective in treating acne,which is worthy of promotion.
