摘　　要：以针刺深浅为视角,探讨与之相关问题。综合《黄帝内经》《甲乙经》等古籍关于针刺深浅的论述,从经络的深浅、穴位的深浅、病位、病性、患者体质、四时气候等决定针刺深浅的因素入手,结合相关文献资料发现针刺深浅与临床疗效密切相关,适度的针刺深浅是提高针刺疗效、保证针刺安全的关键因素。常规针刺深浅的原则是得气和安全,危险穴位的针刺应特别注意其安全深度的控制。在当前针灸的临床运用上,临床医生更注重腧穴的作用,较少涉及针刺深浅的研究,现笔者不吝陋见,对针刺深浅及其临床意义做一探析,以供同道参考。This study discussed the depth of acupuncture,in terms of the depths of meridians,depths of acupoints,disease location,disease nature,constitution of patients and climate of four seasons,by viewing the literature of Huangdi’s Cannon of Medicine and The ABC Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.The study found that acupuncture depth is closely related to clinical curative effect,moderate acupuncture depth is the key factor to improve the curative effect and assure the safety of acupuncture.The principle of depth of conventional acupuncture is to obtain qi and safety.Dangerous acupoints should be paid special attention to the control of its safety depth.However,in clinic practitioners pay more attention to the action of acupoints rather than their needling depth.Therefore,this study explored the acupuncture depth and its clinical significance to share with the peers.
