摘　　要：代谢组学作为系统生物学的重要组成部分,是通过研究代谢产物揭示机体生命活动代谢本质的一种科学方法。随着代谢组学技术的广泛应用,针灸现代化、国际化的发展,用现代科学技术手段阐明针灸经典理论的科学内涵已成为传统医药发展的重要方向,因此,将代谢组学技术引入到针灸领域的研究已成为必然。本研究从针灸与代谢组学的内在联系和代谢组学在针灸研究中的应用两方面展开,随着针灸作用机制与代谢组学技术结合的深入研究,对于针灸理论和临床作用机制的诠释、促进针灸学的现代化发展具有十分重要的意义。Metabolomics,as an important part of system biology,is a scientific method to reveal the metabolic nature of life activities by studying metabolites.With the wide application of metabolomics technology,the development of acupuncture modernization and internationalization,using modern science and technology to clarify the scientific connotation of classical acupuncture theory has become an important direction for the development of traditional medicine.Therefore,the introduction of metabolomics technology into the field of acupuncture and moxibustion has become inevitable.With the in-depth study of acupuncture mechanism and metabolomics technology,this study is of great significance to explain the theory and clinical mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion,and it is expected to reveal the scientific connotation of acupuncture in a comprehensive and systematic way.
