湿润烧伤膏在肛裂治疗中的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏在肛裂治疗中的临床价值。方法选择2018年2月~2019年6月本院收治的肛裂患者80例为研究对象。按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。所有患者均实施肛裂相关手术治疗,对照组术后服用缓泻剂、高锰酸钾温水坐浴,观察组在对照组基础上使用湿润烧伤膏。比较干预过程中两组疼痛数字评分、两组裂口愈合时间及便血时间,统计治疗期间发生的并发症。结果两组治疗前疼痛数字评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3 d、7 d,观察组疼痛数字评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组裂口愈合时间和便血时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组发生严重疼痛及出血的比例小于对照组(P<0.05),两组发生排便困难和皮疹的比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对肛裂患者应用湿润烧伤膏,能有效的降低患者疼痛,促进裂口愈合,促进规律排便,且治疗并发症少,安全性高。Objective To investigate the clinical value of moisture exposed burn ointment(MEBO)in the treatment of anal fissure.Methods Eighty patients with anal fissure admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.All the patients were treated with anal fissure-related surgery.The control group was given laxatives and potassium permanganate warm sitz bath after the surgery and the observation group was given MEBO on the basis of the control group.The pain numerical rating scores,time of fissure healing and time of blood in the stool during the intervention of the two groups were compared,and the complications occurred during the treatment were recorded.Results There was no significant difference in the pain numerical rating score before the treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The pain numerical rating scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group 3 days and 7 days after the treatment(P<0.05).The time of fissure healing and time of blood in the stool in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of severe pain and bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of defecation and rash(P>0.05).Conclusion For patients with anal fissure,the application of MEBO can effectively reduce the pain of patients,promote fissure healing and promote regular bowel movement,and it causes less complications and has high safety.
