同质化护理在重症监护室患者临床护理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨同质化护理在重症监护室患者临床护理中的效果。方法采用便利抽样法选取2016年3月~2017年3月我院重症监护室收治的60例患者作为对照组,2017年4月~2018年4月我院重症监护室收治的60例患者作为实验组。对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予同质化护理。比较两组患者对护理人员的满意度,同时比较两组患者护理质量评分及不良事件发生情况,并对结果进行分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者对护理人员的满意度明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组护理质量评分较对照组显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组的不良事件发生率较对照组显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同质化护理在重症监护室患者的护理中有积极作用,可有效提高护理质量,降低不良事件发生率,提高患者的满意度,值得在临床中进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of homogenization nursing in clinical nursing of patients in intensive care unit.Methods A total of 60 patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group by convenient sampling method.And 60 patients admitted to the intensive care unit of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The control group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received homogenization nursing.The satisfaction of the two groups was compared,meanwhile,the quality of care scores and adverse events were compared between the two groups,and the results were analyzed.Results Compared with that of the control group,the satisfaction with the nursing staff in the ex perimental group was significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Homogeneous nursing plays an active role in the nursing of patients in intensive care unit,which can effectively improve the quality of nursing,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve patient satisfaction.It is worth further promotion in the clinic.
