摘　　要：随着医疗的发展,早产儿存活率明显提高。由于早产儿胎龄小,各系统发育不完善,出生时营养物质和能量贮存不足,相关并发症发生率高,其可能对早产儿出生后近期或远期有重要影响,故合理的喂养和生长评价对早产儿生长发育至关重要,因此本文对早产儿早期喂养方法和生长发育评价方法作一综述,为临床医师在早产儿喂养选择和生长发育方面提供帮助。With the development of medical treatment,the survival rate of premature infants has increased significantly.Due to the small gestational age of premature infants,imperfect development of various systems,insufficient nutrient and energy storage at birth,the incidence of related complications is high,which may have an important short-term or long-term impact on premature infants after birth,therefore reasonable feeding and growth evaluation are crucial for the growth and development of premature infants.This article reviews the early feeding methods and the growth and development evaluation methods of premature infants and provides assistance for clinicians in feeding selection and growth and development of premature infants.
