摘 要:稀土钢浇铸过程中,稀土氧化物进入到保护渣熔融层中,影响和限制了保护渣冶金性能的正常发挥,针对这一问题,文章系统分析了稀土氧化物对结晶器保护渣不同碱度熔化温度、粘度和结晶温度的影响。结果表明,少量的稀土氧化物对保护渣有助熔作用,随稀土氧化物含量的增加,不同碱度保护渣的熔化温度、粘度和结晶温度变化显著。In the process of casting rare earth steel,the rare earth oxides enter the melting layer of casting powder,which affects and limits the normal play for metallurgical properties of casting powder.In the paper,the effects of rare earth oxides on melting temperature,viscosity and crystallization temperature of mould flux with different basicities are systematically analyzed aiming at the problem.The results showed that a small amount of rare earth oxides could facilitate the melting of casting powder as well as the melting temperature,viscosity and crystallization temperature of casting powder with different basicities were changed significantly with the increase of rare earth oxides content.
